AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2001-3
REPEALING THE GRANTING OF A CABLE TELEVISION
FRANCHISE TO WIDEOPENWEST MINNESOTA, LLC
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Cable Television Franchise Agreement Ordinance No. 2001-3, which
granted a cable television franchise to WideOpenWest Minnesota, LLC is hereby repealed,
due to the franchisee's failure to accept the terms of the franchise.
Section 2. This ordinance is effective in accordance with Section 3.09 of the
Richfield City Charter.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 25th day of June
2001.
