TRANSITORY ORDINANCE NO. 18.06
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR THE SALE,
TRANSFER OR OTHER DISPOSITION AND CONVEYANCE OF
CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD,
COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, STATE OF MINNESOTA
(7039 Fifth Avenue South)
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1: The following described real property located in the City of Richfield, County of
Hennepin, State of Minnesota, is hereby authorized to be sold, transferred or otherwise
disposed of and conveyed by the City as herein provided:
Lot 30 & 31, Block 1, Savage's Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and
having the street address of 7039 Fifth Avenue South, Richfield, Minnesota
Section 2: The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to take all action as is
required to sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of and convey the real property described in
the foregoing Section 1, including; by way of illustration and not limitation, the execution of
all documents, purchase agreements, deeds or conveyance, and other instruments
connected with such sale, transfer or disposition and conveyance.
Passed this 11th day of June, 2001 by the Richfield City Council.

ceived by the City of Richfield until 10:00 a.m. on Monday,
July 23, 2001, and will then be publicly opened and read
aloud at City 13a11. Bids are being requested for the fol-
lowing work:
Demolition and site clearing at 2115 Southtown Drive,
Bloominlrton, Minnesota
in accordance with. specifications on file in the Public
Works Department offices at G700 Portland Avenue Soutih,
Richfield, Minnesota, 55423:
911 bids shall be on forms on file in the Public Works De-
partment offices, G700 Pm•tland Avenue South, Richfield,
Minnesota, and can be purchased. at the office of URS Cor-
poration. 700 South Third Street, Minneapolis, MN 55415
upon receipt of anon-refundable deposit of $75 per set.
Specifications and bid forms will be available beginning
Thursday, July 12, 2001.
All bids must be sealed and marked Bid for Demolition and
Site Clearing and addressed to the City of Richfield.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check,
cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent of
the total bid price, made payable to the City of Richfield.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or parts of
bids and to waive informalities therein. Bids may be re-
jected for any alterations or erasures.
