2001-05BILL NO. 2001-5 REVISED AMENDMENT TO SECTION 511 OF APPENDI)( B OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Subsection 511.15 of Appendix B to the City of Richfield is amended to read as follows: 511,15. Traffic visiblllty. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, on corner lots in all districts, nothing shall be erected, placed, planted, or allowed to grow in such a manner as to obstruct vision between the height of 30 inches and ten feet above the abutting curb line of the intersecting streets within a triangular area defined as follows: "beginning at the intersection of the projected curb lines of two intersecting streets, thence 50 feet along one curb line, thence diagonally to a point 50 feet from the point of beginning on the other curb line, thence to the point of beginning". ®n Corner lots in all districts where the intersection is controlled in all directions with the use of stop signs or traffic signals, nothing shall be erected, placed, planted, or allowed to grow in such a manner as to obstruct vision between the height of 30 inches and ten feet above the abutting curb line of the intersecting streets within a triangular area as defined as follows: "be iq nning at the intersection of the projected curb lines of two intersecting streets, thence 30 feet along one curb line, thence diagonally to a point 30 feet from the point of beginning on the other curb line, thence to the point of beginning".
