2001-01BILL NO. 2001-1 AMENDMENT TO SECTION 310.33 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Subsection 310.33 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield entitled "Vacation Leave " is hereby amended: Subd. 8. Sell-back of vacation. Employees may sell-back up to 24 hours of vacation time each wear if they have an accumulated bank of vacation leave in excess_of_64 _hours. Employees eligible to sell-back vacation authorized under this subdivision, may do so only once per calendaryear between February 15 and November 15. Subd. ~9. Terminal vacation. Accrued but unused vacation will be paid upon separation except that employees separated prior to completing six months of continuous and active city service shall be ineligible for terminal vacation pay.
