2000-12BILL NO. 2000-12 AMENDMENT TO SECTION 310.31 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Subsection 310.31 Subd. 2 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield entitled "Eligibility for paid holidays" is hereby amended: Subd. 2. Eligibility for paid holidays. Regular employees and full-time probationary employees, e~csep+s~efet~-pew^m; ;~°' ~A~h^ ~r°~hi~~m^'^~,°° ,are eligible for the paid holidays listed above. Employees must be on pay status the work day immediately preceding and the work day immediately following a holiday to be eligible for such holiday. Employees who are required to be on duty and are unable to observe a holiday will be permitted to take their allowed number of holiday hours of leave with pay within twelve months of the holiday worked. (Amended, Bill No. 1995-10, Sec. 44) Section 2.
