2000-08BILL NO. 2000-8 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE NO. 17.97 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF MONEY FROM THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: It is found and determined to be necessary and expedient for the City to expend money from the Special Revenue Fund for the making of capital improvements listed in Section 2 hereof, for which the City would be authorized to issue general obligation bonds. Section 2: The capital improvements and amounts of expenditures for such improvements which are authorized to be paid from the Special Revenue Fund under Section 7.12, Subdivision 2 of the City Charter, are as follows: Playfeatures $ 115,000 Wood Lake Trails and Bridges 15,000 Park Capital Maintenance 100,000 Ice Arena 2nd Sheet (repayment) 100,000 Public Safety - 800MHZ Radio System 107,000 Public Safety -Remodel 50,000 Section 3: The expenditures herein authorized shall be made pursuant to such contracts as are authorized from time to time by Council action.
