2000-07BILL NO. 2000-7 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE NO. 17.96 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR THE SALE, TRANSFER OR OTHER DISPOSITION AND CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, STATE OF MINNESOTA ADJACENT TO 6225 BLAISDELL AVENUE THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: The following described real property located in the City of Richfield, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, is hereby authorized to be sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of, and conveyed by the City as herein provided: A Parcel of land lying North of the north line of Lot 10, Block 1, Betcher's Addition to the City of Richfield described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 10; thence northerly along the northerly extension of the west line of said Lot 10 a distance of 20.50 feet, thence southeasterly to a point 10.00 feet north of the northeasterly corner of said Lot 10 as measured along the northerly extension of the east line of said Lot 10; thence south along last described line 10.00 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 10; thence west along the north line of said Lot 10 a distance of 133.63 feet to the point of beginning. Section 2: The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to take all actions as required to sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of and convey the real property described in the foregoing Section 1, including by way of illustration and not limitation, the execution of all documents, purchase agreements, deeds of conveyance, and other instruments connected with such sale, transfer or disposition and conveyance.
