1999-10BILL NO. 1999-10 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE CITY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE; DEFINING TERMS; AMENDING SUBSECTION 310.03 OF THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Subsection 310.03, Subdivision 27 of the Richfield City Code is amended to read as follows: Subd. 27. "Project fspeei~le~} employee" means afull-time or part-time employee whose duties are directly related to the operation of a specific program or project and whose compensation is specifically allocated for such program or project from designated funds, °~ ~^" ^° hu+ ,,,,+ ~„~,;+o~ +„ ivr~n+~ ~r cMoc?o! The term of initial appointment may be for a period of up to one year and may be extended annually thereafter, With respect to group insurance, holidays, vacation leave and personal leave/short-term disability benefits only, such employees shall be treated as regular employees working a similar number of hours. Sec. 2. This ordinance is effective in accordance with Section 3.09 of the Richfield City Charter.
