1997-20BILL NO. 1997-20 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE NO. 17.77 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR THE SALE, TRANSFER OR OTHER DISPOSITION AND CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN CITY OWNED REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, STATE OF MINNESOTA 300 West 78th Street (former Lampert Lumber Site) The City of Richfield Does Ordain: Section 1: The following described real property located in the City of Richfield, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, is hereby authorized to be sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of, and conveyed by the City as herein provided: The West 239.00 feet of the East 330.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 28, Range 24, except part taken for Interstate Highway Number 494 and 77th Street, according to the United States Government Survey, thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Section 2: The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to take all actions as required to sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of and convey the real property described in the foregoing Section 1, including, by way of illustration and not limitation, the execution of all documents, purchase agreements, deeds of conveyance, and other instruments connected with such sale, transfer or disposition and conveyance.
