AMENDMENT TO APPENDIX 1
OF THE CITY CODE
OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
(300 West 78th Street and 50 Feet to the East)
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Appendix 1 which describes the boundaries of various zoning districts of the City
is hereby amended in the following respect:
A. Section 3, Paragraph (67) is hereby added to read as follows:
(67) M-16 (SW of 77th and Soo Line Railway) That area bounded by 1-
494 on the south, 77th Street on the north, the extended centerline of Grand
Avenue-on the west, and 25 feet west of centerline of the Soo Line Railway right-
of-way on the east.
B. Section 4, Paragraph (1) is hereby amended as follows:
(2) M-16 That area bounded by I-494 on the south, 77th Street on the
north, Lyndale Avenue on the west, and the extended centerline of Grand
Avenue on the east.
This amendment constitutes a rezoning of 300 West 78th Street and the
property 50 feet to the east of 300 West 78th Street from C-3 to C-2.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 24th day of
November, 1997.
