AMENDMENT TO SECTION 310.13
OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF RICHFIELD
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 310.13 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield entitled
"Appointment and placement of relatives" is hereby amended:
310.13. Appointment and placement of relatives. Relatives closer than
second cousins by blood or by marriage will not be employed in the same
work group. Spouses may be employed in the same work group, so long
as no employee will be placed in a work group in which a spouse will
exercise supervision over the employee where such supervision would be
seen as detrimental to a bona fide occupational qualification. All
decisions on the specific determination of what may constitute a work
group orsupervisor-spouse relationship shall be made by the manager
