1996-040 1 BILL NO. 1996-4 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE NO. 17.65 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF MONEY FROM THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: It is found and determined to be necessary and expedient for the City to expend money from the Special Revenue Fund for the making of capital improvements listed in Section 2 hereof, for which the City would be authorized to issue general obligation bonds. Section 2: The capital improvements and amounts of expenditures for such improvements which are authorized to be paid from the Special Revenue Fund under Section 7.12, Subd. 2 of the City Charter, are as follows: Veterans Memorial Park Playfeature Improvements Donaldson Park Improvements 100 car parking lot $110,000 Lincoln Field $220,000 Gartield Park Roosevelt Park Augsburg Park Christian Park $ 65, 000 Section 3: The expenditures herein authorized shall be made pursuant to such contracts as are authorized from time to time by Council action..
