AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 925.09 AND REPEALING SECTION
1320.11 OF THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE; MODIFYING THE NOTICE AND
APPEAL PROCEDURES FOR CERTAIN CODE VIOLATIONS; CORRECTING
OBSOLETE STATUTORY REFERENCES
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Sec. 6. Subsection 925.09 of the Richfield City Code is amended to read
as follows:
925.09. Assessment of cost. The cost of abatement or removal of a
public nuisance shall be assessed against the property as provided in Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 429. as other law.
Sec. 7. Subsection 1320.11 of the Richfield City Code is repealed as
follows:
