This amendment constitutes a rezoning of 7608-10 Logan Avenue from MR (multiple residence) to MR-1 (two family residential) and a rezoning of 2814 West 72nd Street, 7638 and 7644 Newton Avenue, 7639 and 7645 Oliver Avenue, 7638 and 7644 Sheridan, and 7639 and 7645 Thomas Avenue from MR (multiple residence) to R (single family residence).
