1993-13BILL NO. 1993-13 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 905 OF THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE; PROHIBITING THE FEEDING OF DEER AND RACCOONS THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Subsection 905 of the City Code is amended by adding a new subsection 905.40, as follows: 905.40 Feeding of Deer and Raccoons Prohibited. Subdivision 1. Prohibition. No person shall provide liquids or edible material to deer or raccoons within the boundaries of the City. Subd. 2. Exception.
