AN AMENDMENT TO SECTION 510
OF APPENDIX B OF THE
ORDIPIANCE .CODE OF THE
CITY Off' RICHFIELD
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Subsection 510.23 of the ordinance code of the City of
Richfield entitled "Home Occupations" is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following new subdivision:
Subd. 9. Specific activities prohibited. The repair of
motor vehicles, whether for consideration or not, which are
not registered to a resident of the dwelling on the property
where the repair is made, or to a son or daughter, brottler
or sister, mother or father, or grandparent of a resident of
the property shall not be allowed.
