AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER XIII
SECTION 1305.27 OF THE ORDINANCE
CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN.
Section 1305.27 of Section 1300 of the City of Richfield
Ordinance Code is hereby amended by adding the following new
Subdivision 7.
Subd. 7. Trailers. No erson ma ark or let stand for
more than two hours on any public street or highway adjacent to
an residential district a trailer when such trailer is attached
to a towing vehicle which towing vehicle is used to an extent
for commercial ur oses. The limitation contained in this
subdivision does not a 1 to arkin of such attached trailer
when actively engaged in commercial activity at an adjacent site
but onl to the extent that such commercial activit necessitates
the use of the trailer and only for periods during which the
commercial activit is actuall occurrin For the ur ose of
this subdivision trailer means an motorless vehicle exce t

Code used for carrying property on its own structure while being
drawn by a motor vehicle.
