1991-02J BILL N0. 1991-2 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE N0. 17.39 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF MONEY FROM THE SPECIAL REVENUE FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS City of Richfield Does Ordain: Section 1: It is found and determined to be necessary and expedient for the City to expend money from the Special Revenue Fund for the making of capital improvements listed in Section 2 hereof, for which the City would be authorized to issue general obligation bonds. Section 2: The capital improvements and amounts of expenditures for such improvements which are authorized to be paid from the Special Revenue Fund under Section 7.12, Subdivision 2 of the City Charter, are as follows: Veterans Memorial Park ~~ Park Shelter Building $230,000 Wood Lake Nature Center Carpet 14,000 Tennis Court Improvements 34,000 Jefferson Park Roosevelt Park Washington Park Taft Park Play Features 22.000 $300,000 Section 3: The expenditures herein authorized shall be made pursuant to such contracts as are authorized from time to time by Council action.
