1990-11BILL N0. 1990-11 AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER IV, SECTION 416 OF THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE OF 1987 City of Richfield does ordain: Section 416 of the Code entitled "Regulation of Signs" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following new subsection: 416.13. Effect of State Law. Notwithstandi~ any provisions of this section to the contrary, all noncommercial sicxns of any size may be posted from Ausust 1 in a state veneral election year until ten (10) days following the state election Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 23rd day of July, 1990. ~.
