1989-03BILL N0. 1989-3 CITY OF RICHFIELD AMENDMENT TO SECTION 520 OF THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE OF 1987 THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 520 of the Richfield City Code of 1987 entitled: Zoning-commercial districts is hereby amended by amending subdivision l0~of Subsection 520.21, to read as follows: Subd. 10. Conditional use permits: special case. s The city council shall not approve a conditional use permit for a restaurant with a drive-up service window if the drive-up service window, or the order station, or an exterior loudspeaker is located within 150 feet of residentially zoned property. The terms "residentially zoned property" shall include any planned unit development which contains residences within it.
