TO CHANGE THE NAHE OF GRANTEE.
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA DOES ORDAIN:

SECTION 2. This Ordinance will be effective in
accor~ance with the provisions of Article XIV of said Or~inar.ce,
includinc delivery to the City of the acceptance, opinion of
legal ccunsel, guarantees and other dccur~ents as re ~:irea by said
Ar~icle XZV, and provided furt:~er, however, that it shall be=c:-e
effective only if all of the cities of Eden Prairie, Edina,
Hcpkins, Minnetonka and Richfield adept an ordinance sirilar to
this Ordinance within ninety (90) days after the adcYticn of this
Ordnance.
Section 3. Subject to the provisions of Sectier, 2
hereof, this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upen
adoption and publication.
