Section 1.
The following described portions of Laat 67th Street and Cedar
Avenue south right-of-vay, all located in the Northeast puarter
of the Southeast puarter, section 26, Township 2d North, Range 24
hest, County o! Hennepin, State o! Minnesota, are hereby vacated:
That part of Cedar 1lvenue South described as follows:
Deginninq at the southeast corner of Lot S,
clock 1, Mexler's Additions thence tasterly
on tht extension of the South line of aaid
Lot S to a point 33 feet west of the Esat
line of Section 26, Township 2d North, Range

constructing and repairing any such facilities over, under,
across and through that part of the Street and Avenue
rights•ot-way hereby vacated, as described as follows:

in the foregoing Sections 1 and 2.
