1987-29 BILL N0. 1987-29 Amendment to Chapter III, Section 310 of the City Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota. CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: 1. By amending paragraph 15, subdivision 2, Length of probationary period, as follows: Subd. 2. Lenath of vrobationarv period. Employees shall be subject to a probationary period of one near, except as otherwise established b collective bar ainin a reements or seasonal emp ovees whose probationary period shal be concurrent with their first full seasonal appointment. The probationary period may be extended once with the approval of the manager for a period not to exceed an additional six months, provided the extension is not in conflict with provisions of applicable civil service rules and regulations or collective bargaining agreements.
