AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
SECTION 1210.07 OF CHAPTER XII
OF THE CODE OF CITY ORDINANCES
The City of Richfield Does Ordain:
Section 1210.07 of the Code of City Ordinance is hereby amended
by changing Subdivision 1;
Subd. 1. On-sale licenses: On-sale licenses may be
granted only to restaurants, hotels, clubs and
establishments having food licenses, provided that no
nonintoxicating malt liquor manufacturer or wholesaler
has any interest in such business. Such licenses are
for retail sales of nonintoxicating malt liquor only.
No more than nine "on-sale" licenses may be issued..
