1987-22 1 0 BILL N0. 1987-22 AMENDMENT TO SECTION 515 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 515 of the Ordinance Code of Richfield entitled "Residence Districts" is hereby amended in the following respects. The following new Subdivision 7 is added to Subsection 515.09: Subd. 7. Lot Resubdivision. The subdivision of a lot of record as of the effective date of this ordinance, shall be deemed to meet the minimum lot size re uirements provided that all existinc and new lots created have a minimum lot area of 6750 .square feet, a minimum lot depth of 100 feet and a minimum lot width of 50 feet. When computing lot area, lot width and lot depth the area which is unencumbered with street, alley or highway easements shall be used.
