1987-20 BILL N0. 1987-20 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 401 OF CHAPTER IV OF THE CODE OF CITY ORDINANCES ~''' The City of Richfield Does Ordain: Section 401 of the Code of City Ordinance is hereby amended by changing Subdivision 16 and 18; Subd. 16. Posting Notices Prohibited: No person shall post or affix any notice, poster, written symbols or markings or other paper or device, calculated to attract the attention of the public, to any lamppost, public utility pole or shade tree, or upon any public or private structure or building, without the prior written consent of the owner, except as may be authorized or required by law. Subd. 18. Owner to Maintain Premises Free of Litter or Notices. e owner or person in control of any private property, whether occupied or vacant, shall maintain the premises free of litter or any condition which constitutes a public nuisance as described in Sec.10.01, Subd. 4 (18) of this code. This section does not prohibit the storage of litter in authorized private receptacles for collection.
