AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
SECTION 10.01 OF CHAPTER X
OF THE CODE OF CITY ORDINANCES
The City of Richfield Does Ordain:
Section 10.01 of the Code of City Ordinance is hereby amended by
adding Subdivision 4 (18);
Subd. 4 - (18) The posting or affixing of any notice,
poster, written symbols or markings or
other paper or device, calculated to
attract the attention of the public, to
any lamupost, public utility pole or
shade tree, or upon any public or riv-
ate structure or building, without the
prior written consent of the owner. It
is presumed that symbols or markings
not related to the business activity,
appearing on the property, were laced
there without the owners consent. Upon
any trial of a charge arising out of a
violation of this section the owner may
present proof rebutting such presump-
tion;
