ORDAIN:
Chapter X, Part III, Section 10.16 of
the Ordinance Code of the City of
Richfield relating to miscellaneous
misdemeanor acts, types and causes of
behavior is hereby amended in the
following respects:
By amending $10.16, Subdivision 8
thereof as follows:
Subd. 8. Aid to Law Enforcement

curate i#ormation as to his identi-

himself or willfully obtains or per-
