1986-16BILL N0. 1986-16 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE N0. 17.25 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE UNIMPROVED RIGHT-OF-WAY AT THE INTERSECTION OF 74TH STREET -AND UPTON AVENUE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN Section 1. The following described right-of-way is hereby vacated: "That part of the north half of the platted street of Penn Lake Terrace 2nd Addition Lying within the following described lines: Starting at the Northeast corner of Lot 6, Block 1, Penn Lake Terrace 2nd Addition, Thence South along the East line of said Lot 6 41.4 feet to actual point of beginning, thence Southwesterly along curved line of Lot 6 a cord distance of 173.0 feet to the Southwesterly corner of Lot 6 .also being the Southeasterly corner of Lot 7, thence Westerly along the curved south line of Lot 7 a cord distance of 75.0 feet to the Southwesterly corner of Lot 7 . also being the Southeasterly corner of Lot 8, thence Westerly along the Southerly curved line of Lot 8 a cord distance of 39.45 feet, the curve of the above lot lines has radius of 142.41 feet with a delta angle of 121 degrees 12 minutes, thence Easterly along a curved line with a radius of 414.84 feet to the Southwesterly corner of Park as shown on plat of Penn Lake Terrace 2nd Addition, thence Northeasterly along the Northerly line of said Park to the Northeasterly corner of Park on the west right-of-way line .of Upton Avenue, thence North along the Southerly extension of the West line of Upton Avenue of 81ock 1 to the actual point of beginning there terminating. Section 2. This right-of-way vacation shall not affect, destroy or interfere with the right of any person, corporation or municipality owning or having control of any electric, gas telephone, sewer, water, or other utility to construct, reconstruct, operate, maintain repair and remove any public utility facilities upon or within the vacated right-of-way.
