1986-05Bill No. 1986-5 City Hall Improvements $ 20,000 Legion lake Park 225,000 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE N0. 17.22 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF MONEY FROM THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVElIENT~ __ City of Richfield Does Ordain: Section 1: It is found and determined to be necessary and expedient for the City to expend money from the Special Revenue Fund for the making of Capital Improvements listed in Section 2 hereof, far which the City would be authorized to issue general obligation bonds. Section 2: The capital improvements and amounts of expenditures for such improvements which are authorized to be paid from the Special Revenue Fund under Section 7.12, Sub. 2 of the City Charter, are as follows: Total $245 , 000 ~~ Section 3: The expenditures herein authorized shall be made pursuant to such contracts as are authorized from time to time by council action.
