1986-011 1 1 BILL N0. 1986-1 AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER II, PART III OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Chapter II, Part III, Section 2.33, Subdivision 2 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota relating to Attendance and Leaves, Holidays, is hereby amended in the following respects: 2.33 ATTENDANCE AND LEAVES Subd. 2. Holidays. Eligible full-time employees will be granted eight hours of paid holiday leave for each of the following holidays observed by the city: New Year's Day on January 1st; Martin Luther Ring's Birthday on the third Monday of January; Washington's and Lincoln's Birthdays on the third Monday in February; Memorial Day on the last Monday in May; Independence Day on July 4th; Labor Day on the first Monday in September; Veteran's Day on November 11th; Thanksgiving Day on the fourth Thursday of November; the Friday after Thanksgiving; Christmas Day; a holiday the date of which shall be designated each year by the city manager; and one floating holiday.
