1985-33BILL N0. 1985-33 AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER III, PART IV OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Chapter III, Part IV of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield entitled "Zoning Regulation" is hereby amended in the following respect: SECTION 3.30, SUBDIVISION 3, PARAGRAPH E IS AMENDED BY ADDING THE FOLLOWING NEW SUBPARAGRAPH ~4: (4) The structure shall meet all setback requirements for two-family dwellings except that a single family dwelling which does not meet the required two family interior sideyard setback may be converted into a two-family dwelling if the dwelling is not expanded or if the expansion meets all applicable city ordinance requirements.
