1985-30Bill No. 1985-30 1 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE N0. 17.21 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF MONEY FROM THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS City of Richfield does ordain: Section 1: It is found and determined to be necessary and expedient for the city to expend money from the Special Revenue Fund for the making of Capital Improvements listed in Section 2 hereof, for which the city would be authorized to issue general obligation bonds.
