AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER III, PART IV
OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF RICHFIELD
CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Chapter III, Part IV of the Ordinance Code of Richfield
entitled "Zoning Regulation" is hereby amended in the following
respects.
1. Section 3.30, Subdivision ~, Paragraph (a) is amended to
read as follows:
(a) Minimum lot area;
Single Family dwellings: 6,750 square feet
exgept as
provided in
paragraph e) of
this subdivision.)
Two Family dwellings: 9,000 square feet
Other Uses: x+3,560 square .feet
2. The following new paragraph (e) is added to Section
3.30, subdivision 4
(e)
A lot of record as of January 1, 1985 shall
be deemed to meet the minimum lot area
requirements provided that it has a minimum
lot area of ,000 square feet, a minimum lot
width of 50 feet and a minimum lot depth o
100 feet. Wren computing lot area, lot width
and lot coverage the area which is
unencumbered with street, alley or highway
easements shall be used.
