AMENDMENT TO APPENDIX C
OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA
CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Appendix C of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield, _
Minnesota defining the boundaries of the various zoning
districts of the city enumerated in Chapter III, Part IV,
Section 3.28, Subdivision 2 of such code is hereby amended in
the following respects:
Appendix C is amended by adding the following new Section
8A.
Section _8 A, Planned Two Family Residential (PMR-1)
1. Lot _1 Rae Addition according to the plat thereof located
in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota
All that part of Section 28, Township 28, Range 24 in the
County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, described as
follows, to wit: Beginning at a point marked "Ju icial
Lan mar " on t e east an west uarter section ine o
said section distance 410 eet west measured along said
line rom the east quarter corner of said section 28,
thence south at right angles to said east and west
