BILL N0. 198520 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.34A, SUBDIVISION 2, PARAGRAPH 5, OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD RELATING TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 3.34A, Subdivision 2, paragraph 5, of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield, relating to planned unit developments, is amended to read: "(5) Type of Planned Unit Developments;-Allowed Uses. (a) There shall be ~~~e six types of planned unit development districts, viz: n Planned Planned Planned Planned Planned Planned Single Family Residential (PR) Two Family Residential (PA4R-1) Multiple Residential (PMR) Neighborhood Commercial (PC-1} General Commercial (PC-2) Industrial (PI) (b) Uses allowed in a PUD district shall be as follows: Uses allowed in an "R" or "R-1" district shall be allowed in a PR district. Uses allowed in an "R", "R-1" or "MR-1"district shall be allowed in a PMR-1 provided that the density of 2 family dwellings shall not exceed 10 dwelling units per acre. Uses allowed in "MR-3" district PMR district.
