SECTION 11.02 OF THE ORDINANCE
CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Chapter XI, Section 11.02 of the Ordinance Code of the City
of Richfield entitled "Sale and Dispensation of Nonintoxicating
halt Liquors" is hereby amended by amending Subdivision 7
thereof to read as follows:
"Subd. 7. Investigation and Issuance. Each
application may be referred to appropriate
city authorities, who may investigate the
applicant and make report to the council,
based on their findings. The applicant for
an on-sale license or the applicant's rep-
resentative must be present at the meeting.
where the initial license application will
be considered to provide such additional
information as may be required by the
council. Applicant or applicant's repre-
sentative shall also be present when an
application for renewal of a license is
to be considered by the city council provided
that such attendance has been requested in
` writing by the city's director of public
safety. Failure to attend the meeting shall
be grounds for denial of the application for
an on-sale license."
