1984-18BILL 1984-18 TRANSITORY ORDINANCE N0. 17.15 AN ORDNANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THAT PORTION OF GRAHAM AVENUE LYING BET'~EELd THE SOUTH LINE OF 65TH STREET AID THE NORTH LINE OF oSTH STREET CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1, The fellewing described street is hereby vacated: "That portion of Graham Avenue lying between the south line of 55th Street and the north line of o5th Street." Section 2. This street vacation shall net affect, destroy or interfere with the right of any person, cerpcraticn or municipality owning or having control of any elctric, gas, telephone, sewer, water or other utility to construct, reconstruct, operate, maintain, repair and remove any public utility facilities upon or within the vacated right-cf-way. This vacation shall be subject to perpetual easements cn the street to permit improvements of maintenance on existing utilities. Section 3. The mayor and manager are authorized tc taste such action as is required tc give effect to the vacation of the public right-of-way as provided in the foregoing Section 1.
