1982-25rBILL NO. 19$2-25 AMENDMENT TO APPENDIX C OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Appendix C of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota defining the boundaries of the various zoning districts of the city enumerated in Chapter III, Part IV, Section 3.28, Subdivision 2 of such. code is hereby amended in the following respects; (1) Appendix C, Section 4 is amended by repealing paragraphs 1, 6, 8, 9, 10; 12, 14, 15, 17, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, 33, 34, 35., 39, 40, 41, 42, 49, 52, 60, 61, 62, 70, 73, 74, 75, 76, 78, 79, 81, 83, 85, 86, 87,.89, 90, 93, 96, 97, 102, 116, 118 and 121. (7) Said newspaper is made available at single or subscription prices to any person, corporation, partnership or other unincorporated association requesting the newspaper and making the applicable payment. (8) Said newspaper has complied with all foregoing conditions for at least one year preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below.
