1982-09Bill 1982-9 AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER XI, SECTION 11.06 OF THE RICHFIELD ORDINANCE CODE City of Richfield Does Ordain: Chapter XI, Section 11.06 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield dealing with the licensing and regulating of the "on-sale" sale of intoxicating liquor is amended in the following respects: A. By amending paragraph (3) of Subdivision 1 to read as follows: "(3) The term 'restaurant' means an establishment under the control of a single proprietor or manager, having appropriate facilities to serve meals in one or more dining rooms having a total area of at least ~;~98 4,000 square feet, and where in consideration of payment thereof, meals are regularly served at tables to the general public, and which employs an adequate staff for the usual and suitable service to its guests and the principal part of the business of which is the serving of foods. The area to be used in computing such ~;~99 4,000 square foot minimum shall be the gross floor area of the restaurant including areas for the preparation and serving of food and liquor. Basement areas, however, shall not be counted for the purpose of meeting such 3;AAA 4,000 square foot minimum requirement." B.
