RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RICHFIELD TO ENTER INTO
HENNEPIN COUNTY CONTRACT NO. A100689 WITH THE COUNTY OF HENNEPIN,
STATE OF MINNESOTA FOR THE PURCHASE OF FUEL DURING THE PERIOD
COMMENCING JANUARY 1,.2011 AND TERMINATING DECEMBER 31, 2015.
WHEREAS, the City wishes to purchase fuel from the County which has a facility
located in Bloomington, Minnesota, which acts as a fueling station for diesel and gas
powered vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to use the County's Bloomington Facility as a fueling
station for its diesel and gas powered vehicles; and
WHEREAS, it is contemplated that said work will be carried out by the parties
herein under the provisions of Minnesota Statute Section 471.59.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Richfield Mayor and City
Manager are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City of Richfield to
execute and enter into Agreement A100689 between the City of Richfield and the
County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota for the purchase of fuel through December 31,
2015
