RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ASSISTANT CITY
MANAGER AS THE CITY’S DIRECTOR REPRESENTATIVE ON THE LOGIS BOARD
OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, the City of Richfield is currently a full participating member of the
Local Government Information Systems (LOGIS) consortium; and
WHEREAS, due to a staff changes, the City of Richfield needs to appoint a new
City’s Director Representative to the LOGIS Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota, that:
1. Sack Thongvanh, Assistant City Manager is appointed as the City’s Director
Representative to the LOGIS Board of Directors.
Approved by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 10th day of August,
2022.
