RESOLUTION AMENDING THE EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF RICHFIELD AND
CATHERINE RODRIGUEZ, CITY MANAGER
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Richfield, Minnesota as follows:
The City staff and the city attorney are authorized and directed to amend the
Employment Agreement between the City of Richfield, Minnesota and Catherine
Rodriguez, City Manager, dated December 11, 2018, as follows:
A.Employer agrees to pay Employee for her services an annual base salary of
$168,842.55, payable in installments at the same time as other employees of
the Employer are paid.
B.The City Manager’s salary adjustment outlined in paragraph A is effective on
July 1, 2022.
C.Effective January 1, 2023 the City Manager be granted the same cost-of living
increase granted to City employees in the Management Salary Compensation
Plans.
D.The City Council may approve a future merit salary adjustment for the City
Manager following annual evaluations. Future merit salary adjustments would
be effective immediately after review.
Approved by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this 12 th day of
