minutes 2002MINUTES FROM DECEMBER 19, 2002
1. Attendance: Beth, Joe, Dave, Julie, William, Cynthy, Carol
2. Approximately $260 was allocated for games. William priced out games at Target
and Games by James. We decided how many of each to buy and he will
coordinate with Bill to go shopping at Target so we can get a discount. Cynthy
brought a few games to show us a few deals she got at Sam's Club.
3. Joe is still working. on the Medtronics donation, but having trouble getting people
to return his phone calls.
4. Cynthy talked about the tour progress. To date 16 total are going. The had a
meeting in December to go over itinerary. Three more meetings scheduled to
learn Uno, talk about the sculpture garden and more tour details. Julie is going to
buy S lbs. of candy for the soccer players at Sam's club and will bring it to Dave
sometime in January.
5. No other communications or treasury details were discussed. Dave went over last
meetings minutes.
