February 17, 2000
1. Change all references from "Sister City" to "Friendship City."
2. Under "Chairperson" change item #5 to item #6. Add new item #5 to read "Maintain
attendance records of commission members throughout the year.
3. Under "Commission Members" section; modify the second paragraph to read "Two

term of one year.
4. Under "Meetings", article seven should read " A quorum shall. consist of ~i-~e-(~}
