05-10-2022 Bill No. 2022-8BILL NO. 2022-8 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING; AMENDING APPENDIX I TO THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE BY REZONING 7700 PILLSBURY AVENUE SOUTH FROM MIXED USE - NEIGHBORHOOD (MU-N) TO PLANNED MIXED USE (PMU) THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 8, Paragraph 1 of Appendix I of the Richfield Zoning Code (Mixed Use - Neighborhood) is repealed. (1)M-16 (NE corner of 78th and Wentworth). Lot 4, Block 6, R.C. Soen's Addition. Sec. 2. Section 8, Appendix I of the Richfield Zoning Code (Planned Mixed Use) is amended to add a new Paragraph 11 to read as follows: (11) M-16 (SE corner 77th and Pillsbury). Lot 4, Block 6, R.C. Soen’s Addition. Sec. 3. This ordinance is effective in accordance with Section 3.09 of the Richfield City Charter.
