RESOLUTION NO. 5883
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STORM SEWER
AND OTHER EASEMENTS AT 400 WEST 65th STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. A proposed storm sewer easement along the south edge of 400 West
65th Street has been tendered to this city council. in consideration
of the payment of $4, 000. A copy thereof is hereby given clerk's
file number 9817 and is ordered to be placed on file.
2. The negotiated price for such easement is hereby approved as
being fair and reasonable and the city manager, finance officer
and attorney are hereby authorized and directed to make payment
for such amount in exchange for the easement.
3. A landscaping .easement relating to a portion of the property at
400 West 65th Street has also been tendered to the city, without
consideration. A copy thereof is hereby given clerk's file number
9818 and ordered placed on file. Such easement is hereby
accepted by the city.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this
21st day of March 1978.
