RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
SALE AND EXCHANGE OF LAND
(Woodlake School Site)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. Transitory Ordinance No. 16.44 of the City of Richfield adopted
October 24, 1977, authorized the disposition of the lands described therein
for the terms and conditions of such sale to be determined by the Richfield
City Council. Such ordinance was adopted in furtherance of an agreement
with the developers of the Woodlake School site for other land, comprising
part of the Woodlake School site, which they would transfer to the city.
2. Pursuant to such ordinance and such understanding, the Mayor
and Manager are authorized and directed to execute a conveyance to
Richfield Development Corporation, a copy of which is attached hereto
and marked "Exhibit A", in exchange for a deed from Richfield Development
Corporation to the City of Richfield, a copy of which is attached hereto
and marked "Exhibit B".
Passed by the City Council of the City Af Richfield, Minnesota,
this 21st day of March, 1978.
