AMENDED RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1978
GENERAL SERVICES SALARY .COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield
provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps
in each grade, the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal pro-
gression through pay grade and the work week in .hours for each class be
established by council resolution, and.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared a 1978 pay plan for position
classifications in the General Services which was adopted December 12, 1977
as Resolution Number 5834, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended certain changes to the 1978
General Services Pay Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council do and hereby
does establish for the year 1978 the following amended pay plan, which is to
be effective January l , 1978 , and subject to the provisions of the personnel
rules and regulations ordinance .
