78-5847R108 t i RESOLUTION N0. 5847 ~. ~; RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 1978 COMPENSATION t FOR THE CITY MANAGER WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richfield desires to establish j ~: certain 1978 compensation provisions for thecity manager; NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the City. Council do and hereby does establish for the year 1978 the bi-weekly salary of `$1,538:46 ($40,.000 .per annum) for City Manager, :Wayne. S. Burggraaff, which is to be effective January 1, 1978. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City .will make premium payments of $25.00 per month for life insurance held by the city ..manager. BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the city manager receive an automobile allowance of $150.00 per month in lieu-of a 24-hour city car assig~.ment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the. city manager shall be eligible to benefit from the fringe benefits available to other Richfield employees as specified in the personnel rules .and regulations ordinance.
